Talk on Reciprocity in A Theory of Justice

Last year at about this time I gave a presentation on reciprocity to a conference at the University of Virginia’s School of Law on the 50th anniversary of Rawls’s A Theory of Justice. The talk was called “Conditional vs. Unconditional in Justice as Fairness” and was based on a revised version of a paper I presented to the earlier conference “Héritage et usages de Rawls: Théorie de la justice 50 ans après“.
